The Reiki Way is a unique Reiki book, why? Because it is not rehashing all the standard materials you see in so many Reiki books these days - hand positions, diagrams, historical stuff, etc... No, Brighitta is taking us on a journey like a proper classical Zen book, so to speak. A journey of self-discovery of laying bare our true self, who we essentially are. She does this with short essays which are written in beautiful poetic language and playfulness which nurtures your soul. By reading through her book I started to feel a deep sense of peace and joy within myself as her words seeped into my consciousness and nurtured my being.
- Frans Stiene, Founder of the International House of Reiki and author of The Inner Heart of Reiki: Rediscovering your True Self
Brighitta is a London-based Reiki teacher and crystal sonic therapist. With a warm heart and big laugh, she guides her students to discover who they truly are through deeply activating experiences. She retrieved most of The Reiki Way while taking walks during the great pause of 2020, as whispers on the wind she could catch as it swam through the trees.
The birth of her son in 2015 sparked an inner transformation. This shift led her to leave her career in photography and to create the Awakening Light Reiki school as a platform for exploring the mystery woven through all of life. She shares Reiki as a sacred, accessible and grounded path of awakening with students from all over the world.
Brighitta uses a marriage of ancient Eastern philosophies and soulful ceremony to support her clients on their healing journeys. She has been practising energy healing since 2004 and carries a sensitive understanding of the correlation between the energy body and its reflection through life circumstances. She specialises in translating these codes to help her clients connect the dots, illuminating and healing the root cause of any presenting challenges. She offers one-to-one sessions, professional training, alchemy sound baths, community gatherings, retreats and more.
