Karen Green

Karen Green is a business mentor and part time commercial director of a successful food business. She has a wealth of experience both as a buyer for UK retailers such as Tesco and Boots and commercial director for various food manufacturing businesses. Her mission in life is to help food companies grow profitably and keep on growing. She is a regular guest lecturer at Nottingham Trent University delivering workshops on food marketing and innovation. As her children are now at university, she now lives in the South of France where she can combine her passion for food with outdoor pursuits such as running along the sea and her walking in the hills where she is renovating an ancient village house.
