Dirk Pickuth

Professor Dirk Pickuth is a visionary in the leadership development field, serving as an Executive Medical Director of a large hospital trust. He has had the privilege of studying, working and teaching in several countries around the globe, thereby gaining extensive international experience in medical leadership and complex change management. Dirk has outstanding expertise in service transformation, in strengthening the strategic positioning of a trust and in service improvement. He is Professor of Radiology and Head of a high performing Department of Radiology. Dirk also serves as a Visiting Professor at the University of East Anglia. After medical studies in Kiel, London and Edinburgh he was a Clinical Research Fellow at the Royal Marsden Hospital. His professional affiliations include membership of the Royal College of Radiologists, the British Institute of Radiology and the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management.
