As an Early Years teacher, I have always enjoyed telling stories to children.

"Nicky the Gnome" came into being in a story that I made up for my grandson. Nicky became a favourite and had many adventures which I began o write down. Happily, my niece, an Art student, offered to do some drawings. The resulting illustrations were magical and i decided to go for it and have one adventure published.

I have contributed articles for a local magazine and I enjoy writing humorous pieces for my friends.
