Let's Go and Say Hello

A picture book about bringing together people from different cultures.
Shows how understanding can help bring down barriers between different cultures.
Aids young children to build a more inclusive society.

Let’s Go and Say Hello embraces multicultural friendships through travel. Lured by the discovery of other countries, Erica sets off on a worldwide adventure with her Mum, meeting new friends along the way.

Learning some cultural aspects of the countries they visit, she learns to say hello in 7 different languages.

Her biggest discovery is that despite their differences, all the children have so much in common through fun and play.

A fun story embracing friendships and cultural differences, taking the young reader on an exciting journey. Having experienced some travel then the main character develops an appetite to see more of the world and the people in it.

A picture book for very young children on this important subject. It gives children a positive message about embracing multicultural friendships. To children, as they have no preconceptions, difference is not so different which this book builds upon.

My daughter loves this book - a definite favourite. It's a fun read, whilst teaching about other countries and cultures. Such a positive message about embracing multicultural friendships.

Fabulous book from this talented author. Love how the story introduces children from different cultures. Fun vibrant illustrations make this book a pleasure to read to children of all ages but particularly the younger ones. Can’t wait to read more from her.

Absolutely in love with this book. It’s an important message that I believe every child should be taught.

My children enjoyed learning the different ways to say hello and the other references to different cultures. We try to teach our children about the different countries we visit, so this book is certainly one we can relate to.

Today my year 1 child took this into school and the teacher was excited to read this to the class.

Wonderful book and a great message to the children (and adults). I loved it so much that I have lent it to my daughter's nursery for the teachers to read it to the class.

Lovely illustrations and it's fun following the main characters around the world.
