Way, way down in deepest, darkest Devon lives a very special rabbit and his large family. Although he is part of the warren, he keeps to himself and always looks very sad. His brothers and his sisters don’t know why, but they all keep away. What they don’t know is that Fang has a very special secret - his teeth are not like the others’ at all but sharp and pointed!
Fang is lonely and wonders if anything will ever change, but one day the warren strays too far into another field and catches the attention of Mr Fox...
Can Fang save the day?
FANG - THE UNUSUAL RABBIT
The idea for this book came from me watching a fox crossing a field with a rabbit in its mouth. It made me think about what would happen if a rabbit turned on a fox, hence Fang - The Unusual Rabbit was born.
This little rabbit would be sad and downhearted because he knew he was different from all the other little bunnies, so he felt he couldn't smile because he might frighten the others. However, Fang was a brave little chap who would save the day when all the other rabbits strayed a little too far and were seen by the Fox and placed in mortal danger!
