I am so happy that you are all enjoying Penelope's Route and finding it "fun and enjoyable"! Thank you for such kind reviews on Troubador and Amazon. It has also featured in the Irish Field and Horse& Hound.
I bought two new young horses (post lockdown madness!) and, with friends, have been riding more than ever over the last few months. Expeditions of up to three days, making the most of our freedom after such a strict and long quarantine in the Spring. Now, with wintry weather, our adventures are closer to home. I had enough of riding in the cold and the rain on Penelope´s Route!
The big news is that we have raised the money for the Spanish version of the book. With combined donations to the fundraiser and privately, I have now been able to get it translated and designed and it should be out after Christmas. I did a little tour round the countryside I rode across in the book and told them they could read about themselves in Spanish . In the second photo I am high up in the area I visited.
You can buy the book through Troubador, Amazon or by ordering through your local bookshop. Always nice to support them.
I have now sold out of the 150 copies I had sent to Spain so can no longer sell direct to Spanish residents.
Finally, if you want to know more about how this idea and this book came into being, listen to this link from Talk Radio Europe.

Irish but lived all over the place for work. Now settled in Southern Spain in a pretty village with three horses, a dog, a cat and a lot of wonderful Spanish friends.
