Gary Smith is a Commercial Director for a global communications company, a family man and someone who definitely doesn’t see himself as athlete. Previously obese and 30-a-day smoker, he decided to change his life when a well-known store told him pretty bluntly that they didn’t cater for men of his stature.
Gary has now stopped smoking, completed 3 Marathons and an iron-distance triathlon, as well as numerous shorter distance running events and triathlons.
He lives in North London with his wife, two children and two dogs
