I was intrigued by the cover and more so by the catchy title. This poetry book sent me on an adventure where the many styles and structures of free verse poems were refreshing. Moreover, the themes were quite varied. Poets, authors, lovers, wars, and songs were beautifully evoked. I found the poems quite relate-able, which made me enjoy reading it even more. Sometimes I played a Beatles song to accompany my reading of certain poems. Other times, I read aloud some verses. There were some interesting themes mentioned in here such as patriotism, grief, love, despair, hope, war, nostalgia, and melancholia. I would definitely seek other books by Frank Dillon, for this was quite enjoyable.
