Beyond the Cave

by

Many of these poems and short stories are autobiographical. The author has lived a rich life with many extra-ordinary experiences, some stranger than fiction. Because he spent a significant period of his life physically inactive, to compensate, he became mentally active. He is exceedingly imaginative; so much of his writing is unique and innovative. He has a wide reading habit: philosophy, psychology, religion, art history, sociology, astronomy etc. These books often generate a seed for an idea which the author utilizes and develops. He feels there is no book like his on the market. He has already published two poetry books and a fantasy novel, and this book is a natural evolution of his writing skills over the last two years.

Beyond the Cave is innovatively written utilizing many years of study and reading. There are a diverse range of themes and styles demonstrating a fertile and protean mind. If the reader possesses a penchant for both deep thinking and frivolity this book is for you.
