Allan Mackintosh has been in business since 1982 and has worked with both corporate teams and professional sports teams during this time both as a full time employee and as an external self-employed consultant. Whilst the majority of his working life has been spent in roles associated with sales, sales management, sales and management training and team coaching within the UK and Ireland pharmaceutical industry, a period of self-employed consultancy between 2001 and 2009, saw him work with many other industries including Finance, Aerospace, Engineering, Professional Sports, Distribution, Logistics and the NHS amongst others. After a further eleven years in pharmaceuticals, he is now, once again, running his own consultancy, Partners Team Development a consultancy focused on enabling corporate teams at all levels to achieve high performance.
An accomplished author of articles, he published his first book, “The Successful Coaching Manager†(Matador) in 2003 and he is also an accomplished and popular conference speaker having spoken at numerous international pharmaceutical and healthcare conferences across the UK, Europe, and India.
