Sky News interviews ebook author Sam Almond!

Spinach for Breakfast author Sam will be appearing on television this Saturday 5th January after being interviewed today for Sky News.

His piece, which will be shown throughout the day on their half-hour news slots, follows an extensive Daily Express piece published in December 2012 and several articles from local newspapers.

Sam has experienced great feedback to his ebook Spinach for Breakfast, both from readers and media outlets, and plans to publish a paperback version later on in 2013. The book looks at all aspects of how to make the later years beneficial and pleasant, with advice on diet, exercise and other sensible living regimes.
