Great weekend for media coverage
Phil Harwood, author of Canoeing the Congo was delighted when his story was featured in the Guardian newspaper travel supplement this weekend. Phil’s adventurous journey, was featured both on the front page and within a double page spread of the Guardian, while a selection of photos of his epic journey were shown in a slideshow on the Guardian’s website.
Meanwhile Robert Widders, author of Spitting on a Soldiers Grave was featured in a double page spread in The Daily Mail over the weekend and Mike Welham, author of Crime Pays was given a monthly radio slot talking about law and order after he was interviewed about his book on Talk Radio Europe. Mike now has 12 radio interviews lined up throughout 2012 – a great opportunity for both him and his book.
