We wrote this book for a number of reasons. One – we found that there are certain ideas, stories and questions that consistently help the leaders of big change we are working with. Two – we want to share these with the world. Three – we wanted to do it in a way that recognises that people leading big change are busy. Four – we notice that people leading big change often love to learn, but don’t like to be taught.

The book is attracting an amazing response from people in a range of organisations. We have been invited to contribute to Psychologies magazine, the global movement Action for Happiness are going to run a competition for their supporters and we are forming a partnership with PlanetMark, who with the Eden Project make it easy for organisations to do the right thing on sustainability and climate change.
