Paul Fredrics is a strange being indeed. He in fact consists of two very dedicated writers from Sheffield, England, Paul Arnold and Fredric Alcock. For many years, one or both of us have been travelling to Nashville writing and recording songs, running a workshop for the NSAI and working closely with our music publisher. Indeed, the concept for the SpaceCoyotes series of novels began life in a broom cupboard in the Publishers office.
Whether creating songs or writing novels it is a pure labour of love, fueled by a desire to share with the world what is in our hearts.

Since self-publishing ‘SpaceCoyotes’, we have been working tirelessly to promote the book. From its release we have been conducting creative writing lessons throughout the UK, including schools and such places as the internationally regarded Magna Centre in Sheffield. In March 2009 were honoured to be invited to Dickson High School, TN. The fantastic reaction from the kids and teachers was truly humbling. In fact we had to import more books from England to meet the demand.

Earlier this year we wrote and released 'SpaceCoyotes, The Insiders Guide to Anilar' through Matador, a pocket sized accompaniment to the novel.

The Sheffield and Yorkshire press have proved to be an unbelievable ally as have our local Radio stations all running competitions and articles to help forward our career.

We are currently hard at work completing the follow up to SpaceCoyotes which we hope to release through Matador in early 2010. Watch this space.
