Jim Carnegie is a semi-retired teacher and a basketball coach who has been married for 34 years.(One mother-in-law is enough for anyone!)He has a daughter and a son. To avoid shopping,gardening and DIY,he has continued to play club cricket on either side of Spaghetti Junction (but never on it)for almost half a century. As his eyesight and hearing begin to fail, he now feels qualified to umpire as well as play.
